What's Covered
Items that don't match the listing description
Orders that never arrive (with valid tracking)
Significantly damaged items (documented within 3 days)
Sellers who don't respond to legitimate concerns
What's Not Covered
Plant material is inherently variable. We cannot guarantee:
Growing success or plant survival after delivery
Minor cosmetic imperfections typical of live plants
Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Issues reported more than 3 days after delivery
If Something Goes Wrong

Most issues can be resolved directly with the seller. Use BloomHub messaging to explain the problem and share photos if relevant.

Allow 2-3 business days for the seller to respond. Most sellers want to make things right.
