How We Support Sellers

Once you ship an order and provide tracking, payment is processed. Stripe deposits funds directly to your bank account.

Payment Protection
BloomHub uses Stripe Connect to process payments securely. Here's how it works:
Payments are captured when the buyer completes checkout
Funds are held until you mark the order as shipped
Payouts are deposited to your bank within 2-7 business days
Stripe handles all tax reporting (1099-K when applicable)
How We Handle Disputes
If a buyer raises an issue with their order:

Buyer Contacts You First
We encourage buyers to message sellers directly before involving BloomHub support.

You Have Time to Respond
Respond within 2-3 business days. Most issues can be resolved through clear communication.

We Mediate Fairly
If needed, BloomHub support reviews the evidence from both sides. We consider your policies, tracking info, and communication history.
Your Rights as a Seller
Set your own prices, shipping rates, and policies
Cancel orders before shipping if there's a legitimate reason
Block buyers who violate your policies or community guidelines
Appeal decisions you believe were unfair

• Write accurate, detailed product descriptions
• Use clear, honest photos that represent your actual inventory
• Always ship with tracking and keep proof of shipment
• Respond to buyer messages promptly and professionally
• Document your packaging process for valuable items
• Keep communication on BloomHub (not personal email/text)
Chargebacks
What happens if a buyer disputes their charge?
If a buyer initiates a chargeback with their bank, Stripe will notify you. You'll have the opportunity to provide evidence (tracking, communication, etc.) to dispute the chargeback. BloomHub does not automatically side with buyers—we review each case individually.
